Computers now stuck at black screen with blinking cursor

Ok so i got a new SSD got everything working, moved OS from HDD installed all my stuff, today i remembered gotta update windows with their updates so i click to update ,restart now and now im stuck and it goes past my bios and its stuck on a black screen with blinking cursor is their anything i can do to help fix this problem? Any help would be great cant do anything atm litterally i have access to bio an thats it after bio it just has a _ blinking in the top left and i even look at boot config ordered im hoping the update didnt mess everything up...

Well i found out the problem did some researching had to get my win 10 cd an reinstall windows 10 however didnt care about that it appears that when it did the update i read that it locked my drive thinking it got a virus , a lot of people that got the problem said how windows does this when they fail the update sometimes an its annoying. so had to go into the win 10 cd and fix the boot on the ssd to unlock it an then...

no i can only get to bios options , unless its in there i cant , after logo screen it goes straight to black screen with blinking _ in corner

Then it sounds like your operating system is done. The only route I would think you can take from here is hook up your drive to another system, copy your data (if it will let you), and reinstall your operating system. Depending on the make and model, I know there might be a restore/factory reset option on it.
