Which sound card should I get?

I wanna buy a sound card at around 75$, I want to get the sound blaster Z but I wanted to know if there's any other card at the same price range that would be better :)

While that's true the ever since my motherboard broke and I replaced it with an asrock B75M I've had issues with the onboard sound the Realtek ALC662 Audio Codec offers, especially when there's no sound playing sometimes there's static noise and it's extremely annoying.
And with my A900X I'd like to get some better audio quality :)

Yeah there are cards from the Xonar line at the $50-$100 price range but it's really hard to find a good comparison that's why I'm still not sure which card to get haha
