Only thing missing is my 2nd monitor, keyboard/mouse, Speakers. Also note: Not everything below is new. The WD Green drives are several years (5+) old, The monitor is about 2-3 years old. I also have a second monitor that PCPartPicker does not have listed: Dell S199WFP (link to specs)
My issue is under the list of my components.

I did a clean install of my graphics drivers using DDU, but not my problems are worse. Instead of just crashing every so often, it's frequent. I get lock ups as well when I play games.
The error I got before doing the clean driver install was system_Service_Exception (win23kbase.sys. It seems to be a driver issue from what I understood.
I feel it's the GPU since it does it when I play games. Can anyone help me troubleshoot? Should I try another clean install of the drivers using DDU? Should I update the chipset? (If so, show me what to download cause I'm confused on that page).
EDIT: I didn't notice my GPU was not listed until now.
