Graphics Card not being detected?

Hi! My PC was just recently upgraded because my power supply died out on me, now that i have a new one i realized i couldnt play any games for some reason. Turns out the problem was my PC has my Radeon R9 290x is set as Intel HD Graphics 4600, any help?

The BIOS probably reset to it's default settings. Remove any drivers for the 4600. Change the BIOS to PCI graphics. Boot into safe mode with internet and load your graphics card drivers. The drivers may be OK from before depending on what happened. But it wouldn't hurt to do a clean install.

I was assuming these parts were working together before the PSU problem. If the GPU is part of the upgrade then check to see if the MB has EUFI, or AHCI BIOS. Then see if the GPU you have supports that.
It's possible something was damaged by the PSU failure.
