Hi I have a gaming rig based on the Silverstone RVZ02B case. As many of you know it is a Mini ITX case and has a maximum clearance of 58mm height for the CPU cooler. I was browsing to see which cooler would work best and wanted to get either the Noctua NH-L9i or the Silverstone Argon AR06. The Noctua is more silent, and has a height of just 37mm but in their website they mention that if it's going to be used with Intel Haswell CPU's with TDP's of more than 84W there needs to be sufficient airflow. and turbo boost disabled. Is it possible to install such a fan without these limitations. Also the Argon AR06 is 58mm in height which is exactly the maximum allowed height for my case. Would that pose a problem? Which one of the two should I opt for?

Thanks

P.S: The Argon has 4 heatpipes in direct contact with the CPU, is cheaper and I'm guessing more effective but it's more noisy, whereas the Noctua is more expensive and I suppose less effective for Haswell i5's but slimmer and quieter.
