It's waste of money on Titan. Since looks like that you are coping someone PC on purpose or not, go for it but you are almost never going to see performance gain from third gpu. Also I would rather go for 2x1TB ssd's.

assuming this isn't trolling:

Since you want to game and render/edit videos and I assume 3D models as well, I would say the 5960X is a fair choice but if you don't want to spend as much and still get great performance you could opt for a 5930K; 6core w/ HT, 4 channel ddr4 support. Titans are good if you need the vram but at 4k you would still be fine (including rendering; maybe not while gaming) with 980ti's. The reason I suggest this is to cut down unneeded cost.

Add $200 for the H220x and ~$250 for the mobo.

I didn't include your peripherals except for a monitor. The included case will give you lots of room for growing and add a custom loop if you'd like. Room for plenty of drives and rads as well as extra fans if you'd like.

He wants to buy now. I hate when people suggest "waiting" and everyone knows how hard is to wait when you have prepared budget. On 3xTitans he will be fine despite speed of Pascal. That is only a rumour so he shouldn't wait. And they will most likely come in begining of 2017, atleast good Pascals (not medium budget one).

Suggest that you spend $2000 on a kick ass PC, and give the rest to charity.
