Gaming PC upto Rs. 60000 in India

I want to build a gaming PC. Like, I should be able to play recent games like Just Cause 3 on it. Not necessarily maxed out, but it should be good enough to run high end games for some more years.
Exclude prices of Mouse, Keyboard and Monitor. It'd be great help if you reply.
I'd prefer Intel processor and Nvidia graphic card brands. The rest of things, you know the best, so please help.

Gigabyte GA-h81m-gaming 3 mobo@rs 4000.
Ram kingston hyperx fury 1×8gb@rs2900.
Seagate hdd 1tb@rs 3700.
Psu seasonic S12-II 620w (tier 2)@rs 6300.
Asus strix gtx 970 @rs 28000.
The Prices are not exact.u may get locally at lesser price than online.i didn't add cabinet.
The final price may be between 60k and 65k.
If u plan for sli in future.then u should get a better mobo and psu.later u can add more 8gb ram stick,ssd and hdd when u have money.hope i helped.
