Solution

Well, this is true, but recommend a 970 for a Athlon CPU... its a big and huge bottleneck.

The problem here is the CPU, it is old compared with today CPU's, and the best card you can affort is a 750Ti (And here, i'm assuming you already have a good power supply).

Said this, if you want to play newest titles, think in a complete build.

Well put it this way, I have a gtx670 and I can run bf4 on high at about 60fps.
If you want a card that will be able to do this and more, while lasting you longer, go for a gtx970 or a 960 if youre a bit short for money.
Both of these will deliver high graphical quality with reasonably high framerates (60fps+)

without knowing the make and model of your power supply it is hard to make a suggestion

that said, your cpu is very poor, and i would not run anything higher than a gtx 950

you could get a gtx 960 or r9 380 if you overclocked the cpu however

but without knowing the make and model of your motherboard, i can't say if overclocking is even possible...
