graphics card for three monitors

please see below for the type and specs of my current graphics card. I want to be able to run 3 screens as a extended desktop.
two screens in my office and a third in the photographic studio, preferably a large flat screen tv type display rather than a monitor. my pc has only one pci express 16 card slot and the pci express slot is obscured by the existing graphics card.
Please can you suggest a card to replace this one?
