Its a good build, about case, well, there is a lot around here so , pick whatever you like.

The only thing i would add to your build, looking at you want to OC, is get a good cpu cooler, like EVO 212.

The build is still good without OC, but its a waste of money get a K cpu when you dont have plans to OC.

If you don't want to OC, get a non K cpu, another motherboard (mainly because Z versions are to overclocking).

Also, i forget to say, you need a power supply!

Well, i own a i5 4690 (non k) and Gigabyte H97M-D3H as motherboard, and not regrets.
