Artifacting R9 270x vs gtx 750 ti

so this is probally the third time i opened a thread about this but im going to do it anyways.So im getting these weird artifacting problems with my R9 270x (and even crashes during sessions of gta V) my friends recommended me to upgrade to an gtx 750 ti but it seems it's not as powerfull as my R9 270x so what should i do keep my artifacting r9 270x or swap it for a gtx 750 ?

^ This. RMA the card or replace it with a card of similar or greater power. You should not have to undervolt or underclock anything unless overclocking is causing the errors and if it's artifacting at stock speeds it's broken.

So i tried underclocking and that did sadly not work , i think im going to RMA the card but how long does it usually take ?
btw my friend has the gtx 750 ti he keeps telling me that the gtx 750ti is way better because it can run gta V on verry high according to him while i can only run it on medium with artifacts and crashes :$
