Both have very similar single core performance, but the 6300 is slightly better with multi-core performance.
If you want to run background apps at the same time while you're playing your games, go with the 6300.

Typically the FX 6350 makes for a better gaming CPU than the FX 4350. With DX 12 games on the horizon and games becoming more multi-threaded all the time I would suggest the FX 6350. With the FX 6350 you will also have better multi-tasking and better performance with heavily multi-threaded applications such as video editing.
