Here are the GPU options I'm currently looking at:

EVGA GeForce GTX 950 DirectX 12 02G-P4-2956-RX 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Superclocked+ ACX 2.0 Video Card

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 950 2GB WINDFORCE 2X OC EDITION
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125809

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 950 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDMI DVI DisplayPort Single Fan Graphics Card (ZT-90601-10L)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013P30O54

Considering that they're all currently at the same price ($149.99), I could go for any of them. I'm not too sure about the Zotac model, since it only has a single fan as opposed to the two others, which are dual fan models, but I put it down just in case.
So, is there a significant difference between these? Which one is best?
Also, if there are any other changes you would suggest, please let me know. Thanks!

Is that really worth a ~17% increase in cost, though? For just a few more dollars, I might as well get a 960.
Which one of these (or any other) would be the best option without going over the $149.99 price?

This, without any question of a doubt, would smash those GTX 950s. Grab this before it disappears!

If you're not willing to buy used, then avoid the refurbished units and go for that Gigabyte Windforce.
In my opinion, a better PSU (unless if purchased already) would be good.

An overclocked 950 will have performance very close to a 960.
