My Specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Nepton 240M
Motherboard: Asus maximus vii hero
Memory: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 UDIMM DDR3 1600
Storage: WD Black 1TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G
Power Supply: Rosewill 750W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Monitor: Acer UM.VS1AA.B01 S231HLBbid Black 23
Acer P221W 22" Monitor
Monitor: BenQ XL2420Z

So my problem is that my computer "crashes" randomly but the computer is still on. The screens just go black and say there is no connection but I can hear/see that the computer is on. I have tried many things. For example things like flashing the bios, reinstalling drivers and much more. I have tried to run a stress test on my gpu while monitoring the temperature and it doesn't get to hot but it "crashes" around 53C. I also took the gpu out and then there are no crashes. I'm think that it is the gpu that is broken, but some people have told me that my pci express ports on my motherboard could be broken.

On the other hand I have also been told that it is a powersupply problem, but I think that is unlikely.

Yeah, just like you said, either PSU or GPU, or the pice slot.
Which model is the rosewell PSU? you may go into the BIOS to check the 3.3V, 5V, and 12V voltages. And the PSU Voltage Tolerances like http://pcsupport.about.com/od/insidethepc/a/power-supply-voltage-tolerance.htm

And for the GPU you may try it in other PC, even in other pcie slot. Or use the MSI afterburn to under-clock the GPU or increase the voltage little bit, which will let the gpu runs stable, because the gtx 970 is the factory-overclocked GPU.
Also update the intel chipset driver first, then test the pc, because the chipset driver comes with the pcie controller, one more try to use the DDU to uninstall the GPU driver in safe mode, then reinstall it again. After those you want to make sure it is not the software problem.
