That PSU is suspicious, never heard of it before so I'm not sure, also it has only 38A in 12V, for example my 600W has 49A in 12V rail.

Your case will fit the graphics card well, so your case is not an issue.
Your motherboard will also support the graphics card, I saw in a forum that the PSU you have has 2 6-pin connections so it should work too.
However, I would not run such expensive card on that PSU, as its a dangerous thing to do and you are better buying a higher quality one. (That card is very power-hungry so your PSU will most likely die soon)
