So ive put together this build and wanted to know if everything would fit into place and would work. Will i have any difficulty? Is everything compatible? And what does that bios compatibility note mean?

Everything is compatible. Don't worry much about the Bios update unless you're doing OC.

Is it a good build? Im looking to play high end games at med to high settings at around 60fps? Hows the cooling?

You can get much better power supplies for around the same price as the CX-500. Look into a Seasonic S12II 520W or XFX 550W. I'd even take the EVGA 500W over the CX.
