Fans at max rpm all the tim safe?

I have an fx 4300 with a stock cooler and 3x120 mm fans in my case. Is it safe to run all of them at max rpm all the time for lower temps?

It won't hurt any thing but the fans and to a degree your electric bill. The only thing it will do is cause the life of the fans to shorten some. So keep an eye on them when you do this. By how much I have no idea it would depend on the quality of the fan.
