Intel Core i5 4690K or Intel Core i5 4460 ?????

I am from India. I am confused. I am low on budget. Not sure what to buy. Though 4690K is overclockable, I am not that into overclocking. Can 4460 be comparable performer w.r.t. 4690K? or should I go for 4690K only?

In India:
Intel Core i5 4690K : Rs. 19500 -----> $280
Intel Core i5 4460 : Rs. 14600 -----> $210

4460 if your on a budget. won't be much of a performance loss. overclocking is a waste of time and money for little gain. you'll have to buy a new cooler too rather than just using the one in the box with the 4460. your money is more well spent on a better gpu.

If your use for this system is gaming, then you'll see very little difference between the 4460 and the 4690K (overclocked). However if you use anything CPU intensive and get lucky in the silicon lottery (good overclocker) and pair it with a decent cooler, an overclocked CPU might be worth it.
