This topic might be a little old since so many people have already asked the same question so many times. But almost all of them were after silence rather that performance.I don't care about silence at all,no matter how loud it gets,I always prefer performance, how much heat can it dissipate when it comes to coolers.Noctua NH D15 seems to be the best, but I wanted to know if there's something better out there within the same price of D15 or even less if I sacrifice silence for performance. As I mentioned before,I don't care if it gets as loud as a helicopter,or jet engine.
And please, don't bring up the 'Intel vs AMD' or 'AIO vs Air' discussion here.I know what I'm doing.
If someone is using something that beats NH D15 but costs the same or less, please let me know.

Solution
I would guess that the best option would be to get a serious air cooler, and then replace the fans with server screamers.

But note that you will quite possibly be able to hear it from the next room. Easily. While watching a movie...

Yes,I kept that one as plan B if I don't get a solution here.
I guess that would be alright. That's something I'm willing to sacrifice.
Thanks a lot for your time.

Screaming coolers and fans can go just so far in cooling. There are couple of hot spots that impede transfer of heat to the cooler and further on. One is heat transfer between cooler body and processor cover/lid and another from processor core to the lid. First one could be bettered by using as good as possible TIM.

Second one would be delidding aplicable processors http://www.overclock.net/t/1379088/what-is-cpu-delidding-and-how-can-someone-delid-their-cpu/0_20

Delidding is a bit ahead of me.BTW,which cooler do you suggest to install with the liquid ultra paste?I mean,i'll still need a cooler to sit over the cpu.
