I usually play a lot of csgo and lately i have been experiencing lower fps (around -20/-30 fps) and sometimes even huge fps drops from 50 to 100.
I benchmarked GPU and CPU compared tests with same GPU and CPU , the scores were really similar and on top of that my mouse freezes randomly , for example 5 min ago I was browsing Reddit and my mouse froze , it didn't lose any power cause the LEDS were still working but when that happens I hear the windows sound that I plugged something before it starts working again.
And yesterday when I turned on the PC it was really laggy , I couldn't even open the task manager and when I tried to open any website it loaded for ever , seemed like I had internet issues by I hadn't it lasted like 20-30 min I thought it could be the hard drive aswell but I'm not really sure ( sorry for my bad English I'm trying my best)
gpu temps while playing 60-67
cpu temps while playing 50-53

gpu > 660ti
cpu > i5 2500k

Update drivers.
Update the motherboard bios if there's a newer one.
Test the hdd with an appropriate tool from the hdd manufacturer. Can look with HD tune (freeware) as well though maybe not as good,do an error test, look at the health tab.

Since it obviously isn't a new build, I would presume the system was working fine before; therefore I wouldn't expect updating drivers and the BIOS will resolve the issue. I may be wrong, but it probably is a hardware issue.
