PC Freezing for unknown reason help ?

Okay my PC started acting funny as in freezing every 2/3 hours then I did a malware check and shit and clean and deleted bad files then did a CMOS reset (turned it off for few hours and turned it back on) and worked for 5-6 hours till it freezed up again and my mouse/keyboard stops functioning AFTER it's freezed up and couln't do anything so wanted to know what is happening and im using the system in the link below...

Temp is 36% degree due to fan cooling and nay it's doesn't come up via log except for Readyboot "The maximum file size for session "ReadyBoot" has been reached. As a result, events might be lost (not logged) to file "C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\ReadyBoot\ReadyBoot.etl". The maximum files size is currently set to 20971520 bytes."

Got reply from repair people and they said

"Hi Dylan,

We've re-imaged the computer and have begun testing, depending on these tests will determine the length it will take to fix the computer, hopefully it was just a corrupt OS and a re-image fixes it but we won't know until testing completes tomorrow. We'll try have it dispatched for pickup as early as possible and we are already prioritising the repair."
