bottleneck cpu question

Solution
I consider "bottlenecking" to be when the GPU has to wait for data from the CPU. This results in freezing of the image. I'm running a QX6800 @3.72GHz. and an R9-285 and I don't have this. It would run much faster with a newer CPU like yours. but it's not "bottlenecking". So ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE here also.
