Which mobo is a better deal?

I'm in the process of building a PC. I will be using an i5-6600k CPU. My local Microcenter has a deal where you can get the MSI Z170A Gaming 5 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130873&cm_re=Z170A_Gaming_m5-_-13-130-873-_-Product ) and the 6600k for $370 USD. The mobo offered in this deal is the ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132567&cm_re=z170_pro_gaming-_-13-132-567-_-Product ) for $362.
Which of these 2 deals are better? You could recommend your own MOBO too

First one, obviously. You're getting a MOBO and a CPU.

Both look good although the MSI one imo looks better and has better rear IO.

I think MSI one look better, Z170A GAMING M5 is a good motherboard!

well, just check on new egg
msi z170a gaming m5 = 179.99
asus z170 pro gaming = 154.99

i think m5 is cheaper with the deal!
