I saw in some reviews 950extreme
Performing near to palit gtx 960 super jetstream 2gb, is it true?

By "gimped" I meant it starts out with the same GPU as the 960, but has some performance options reduced. Here's what I mean. (I plagiarized this from ArsTechnica)

You can OC the 950 to reach 960 speeds, but you can't do much about gaining back the cores and texture units.
