Build Complete GTX 960 4GB OC - i5 4690K - For Crysis 3, BF4, ACU, COD:AW/BO3 @ 30 FPS?

Hi,

I am thinking of building a new pc from scratch and have a few questions:

1. Is 30 FPS good enough for casual (extremely NON-Serious) gaming?

2. Can I play Crysis 3, BF4, ACU, COD:AW/BO3 @ 30 FPS 1080p with max/ultra/very high (whichever is the highest) settings with this system:

Intel Core i5 4690K
Galax GTX 960 4GB OC (http://www.galax.net/GLOBAL/960_oc_4gb.html)
8 GB RAM 1600MHz

30fps is absolutely fine for casual gaming.

Yes, you should be a able to play at max settings on most of those games.

Thanks a lot Zeke, just one more thing, if I am not overclocking my processor and am using the factory overclocked graphics card at Boosted Clock speed, do I need a separate cooler or something? Frankly, it's out of my budget and I am not going to tweak any of the hardware's settings - will simply use the stock settings... So would I need to purchase another cooler? Oh, and also, is a Corsair VS450 Watts PSU enough to power it up, or should I go for the 550 Watts PSU?

You don't need an aftermarket cpu cooler if you are just using stock settings, and nor do you need one for the graphics card. As for the Power Supply, you should be fine with that one. If you plan on upgrading the graphics card in the future though, you might want a higher wattage one.
