500$ is my budget and I kinda spent some money on looks rather then performance because that matters to me to. Im not really looking for a beast PC here just something to play CSGO and DOTA2

maybe something like Black ops 3 too but, idk
will this be good enough?

Solution
For the price you cam get a skylake i3, much faster than the 860K or FX 6300

the build you put is not that good....here:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NH6ywP

is that optical drive necesary?Everything is done digital nowadays anyways, plus, you could also just use an usb instead.
the build by forever oleg is decent, but it's better to go with an fx 6300,it's socket may be dead, but it outpeforms the x4 860k,and has an upgrade path. And if you want an nvidea card,do not get a 950,juust get an used gtx 760,or wait a deal on the 760,unless you care for the power consumption alot, there is little point into getting a 950.And that power supply is quite overkill....but it's better to be safe incase you want to upgrade :p

I'm gonna put something out there for anyone searching on the internet and reading through the thread, just in case they come across it: IF YOU'RE BUILDING A PC FROM SCRATCH, GET AN OPTICAL DRIVE. 2-3 of your components will be coming with CD/DVDs to get your drivers off of easily. Makes your setup time far quicker once you actually have the computer running. Plus, there all of like $15. Just get one. Just in case.

Lol, I have nothing against the build, but it will be such a pain to build in that case :D
