How to limit the routers bandwidth

hello I have ZyXEL vmg3312-B10B router and i want to set bandwidth limit because my friends uses too much of the internet...

I can't really find anything on that router model, but if you login to the router and the options aren't there, there isn't really a way to do it.

Tell your friend to close his torrenting programs, you can also buy routers/modems that have specific upload and download channels with bandwidth limits already preset.
