Could not install the Driver from the DVD( that came from the box of the Mobo) but everytime i install the VIA USB3 driver it always fail.... USB3 is enabled on the BIOS and i can boot on my flash drive while its inserted on the USB3 port...(sorry for my english...)

Solution
Download & install the VIA USB 3.0 driver package from Gigabyte's website using the PC which requires that driver.
If mobo is the GA-970-Gaming, drivers are here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5654#dl

Incidentally, the drivers & utilities bundled with a motherboard will in most cases be several versions out of date, so I just install network drivers, then I get all other drivers from their website, updating network drivers too if newer versions have been released.
