there are toooooooooooo many ways to burn ISO into DVD's, CD's or even pen drives. windows itself can save a ISO file into a blank DVD/CD. if you want more options, there are plenty of programs that can write the ISO into some pen drive. Ashampoo burning studio free is my favorite: https://www.ashampoo.com/en/usd/pin/7110/burning-software/burning-studio-free and it's easy to use.
but, if it's a game or a program or something like that, you dont need to really save that ISO into a DVD/pen drive. the current mounting program I am using is wincdemu: http://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/ it's a simple program that is so simple that only has 1 option: mount images. does nothing else. it' a...
a disc image creator or a disc image mounting software or just a generic CD/DVD burning software?

Windows Explorer since Windows [strike]7[/strike] 8 and above will mount disc images and make them able to read. any DVD burning software should create disc images. but Nero has been the best disc burning software i've used for years now.

which are you trying to do?

<Mod note: Windows 7 cannot natively mount iso's>
