Building my first gaming PC need opinions

I have a budget of 700-800 USD. Want to use the skylake for future compatibility if I want to upgrade. Mainly using for LoL, CSGO, Rust, H1Z1. Maybe more down the road like Battlefield.

That build would be very close to maximum fps from $800. Obviously pushing budget slightly higher would allow a 390x and z170 mobs/k series cup for an over clocking setup.
