how much can i overclock safely?

Well to start off you would not want to bump the Mhz up too high at once. Slowly bring it up, and stress test it to make sure it is stable. If it is stable, repeat but with slightly higher clock speeds. Rinse and repeat until you find your upper limit. Make sure to stress test and confirm that the system is running stable

Once your machine starts to become unstable just bring it back a notch and then make sure to do a full stress test for your final overclock as you will be using it daily so you dont want any issues.
I personally would stress test it for around about 24 hours to confirm, but that might be a bit much, up to you
