Hello, i have this problem since i started playing on this laptop, i used to live in Egypt, now in turkey, in the both countries i have the same problem, while playing the game just micro-lags or packet loss for 2-3 sec, I play CS:GO-Dota 2 so i guess it's not the game problem because it's not only from 1 game.

Thanks.

EDIT : i have the same problem on 3 routers, so it's probably the laptop's problem

Wired - correct?

Have you tried another known working ethernet cable: Cat 5, 5e, or 6?

Check that your LAN adapter is configured correctly for the router.

E.g., speed and duplex manually set to match router versus "auto" or "auto-negotiate". Or vice versa.

However, game play is only going to be as good as the speeds upstream from the routers. The laptop could be the problem but you need to try another computer in place of the laptop to see if that computer experiences the lag. May not be a true test due to computer differences but may help identify or narrow things down.

Communications can be very iffy over in that area.
