The i3-4150 is better, it has hyper-threading unlike the G-3220.

The i3 4150 is faster 3.5Ghz vs 3.0Ghz, the i3 is slightly more modern, so will be a little faster due to generational difference, and the i3 has Hyperthreading so that the i3 has about the same throughput as three cores. Overall, the i3 4150 should have about 65% more throughput than the G3220.
