Suppose you're getting the gigabyte version of r9 380. Look at this, is it really worth the upgrade? As I see, it is not...You won't even notice a difference if you're immersed on the game and even if you're not, you'll see a little bump that'll leave you dissapointed.

Also NOTE: If you that was the right model of the r9 280 that you own and assuming that you will get this model of the r9 380/380x then I guess you're fine? Since the R9 280 of the model posted, it draws a max power of 225 and a recommended PSU of 600watt while the r9 380 version draws a max power of 190 and a recommended PSU of 500 watt.
