Hey guys, I just went out and got a few new pieces for my computer, and after putting it all together, I can't seem to get anything to work.

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Hero
CPU: Intel 6700k
GFX: Asus GTX 980 Ti Poseidon
RAM: G.Skill Tridentz 4x8G 3200Mhz
Storage: Kingston Hyperx Beast 2x240G SSD
PSU: Corsair RM1000x
Cooling: Corsair H115i

So I am editing this first post since I managed to figure out a slew of things throughout the process. Where I am stuck at the moment is my motherboard is giving me code 55, meaning it doesn't recognize any memory installed.

The motherboard runs dual channel, and has 4 slots. The manual recommends using slot 2 if I am going to use just 1 stick. I have tried all 4 sticks of ram together, as well as all 4 sticks of ram one by one in each of the 4 slots.

Stick A Slot 1
Stick A Slot 2
Stick A Slot 3
Stick A Slot 4
Stick B Slot 1
Stick B Slot 2
[...]
Stick D Slot 4
Stick A Slot 1, Stick B Slot 2, Stick C Slot 3, Stick D Slot 4

The motherboard and the ram are all brand new, I checked with the store I purchased from and the Motherboard was never purchased before me, and same thing with the ram. I've tried clearing CMOS. I've tried reseating the cpu and checking the pins, loosening the cooler. I'm running out of ideas. I've stayed grounded and worked on my computer 100% on an isolated workstation with non magnetic tools, and all the precautionary methods to prevent having an issue.

Can anyone figure out why I'm stuck at this stage?

I've looked up a thousand things at this point, and I looked into 55 on my motherboard. My board doesn't recognize that there is RAM in it. It's dual config, and the manual recommends that I put the ram in slot 2 if I am going to run with 1 stick. I have been trying to get my computer to start working, and with only 1 stick of ram installed, it still gives me code 55. All 4 sticks of ram are giving me that code. Even when I try slot 1,3,4. I am fairly certain that this is the issue, I just need help going from there.

I've cleared CMOS a few times and tried with one stick, and upon trying again just now, I still have the same results. Code 55. The CPU socket is perfect. By RMA do you mean return the motherboard as defective?
