Hey guys
i have upgraded to the 380x from a r9 200 im running a GA-970A-DS3P motherboard. When i power up my new card it gets stuck on the windows 10 loading screen and nothing happens. the blobs go round but nothing. i re installed the old card and had to system restore but it works fine. any ideas?
cpu is fx 3850
16 gb ram
any help would be greatly appreciated
