How do i know what proccessor to buy that is compatible with my motherboard?

I have a Compaq Presario cq57 laptop that runs a AMD C-50 1.00 GHz, my windows experience index gives my processor a 2.8 and i'm pretty sure that's what is slowing my computer because its a fresh install with 8 gb of RAM. I would like to upgrade to at least 2 GHz. my motherboard info is this:

This processor is running a FT1 socket motherboard. There are only selected few CPUs that will work with it. I will list them out.
- AMD E2-1800
- AMD C-50
- AMD E-450
- AMD E-300
- AMD E-350

Its your choice to as which processor you would like to choose. These may be so old and outdated you may have to upgrade your motherboard or just buy a new laptop. They are pretty slow processors. You're not going to tell a difference really if you upgrade to any of these processors. I hope I helped :). Any further questions, please PM me.
