My power supply fan is bigger than my case?

Hi! I just received my EVGA 750 B2 power supply and realized the fan looks to be 140mm while my old psu fan was 120mm. How much of a problem will it be if I try to put my new psu into the 120mm fan holes? Or should I just put my new psu so the fan is facing up? Which I heard is bag because it's taking hot air from the gpu, thanks for any help!

Yeah it should get sufficient ventilation still. I think it will be able to pull air perfectly fine still from the bottom even if it is smaller in area. Think of it this way: if the fan was facing up, it'd get hot air from the GPU and CPU, so it'll most definitely be cooler facing down.
Oh, I see what you're saying. You are talking about the venthilation area on the case being smaller than the PSU fan, correct? Or is that not what you're saying?

If it's bottom mounted and the case has venthilation holes underneath, install it with the fan facing down so it draws cool air from below the case.
