Very good Haswell-E motherboard for $200?

I live in the US. I started out with a new Skylake build that I'm having trouble installing Windows 7 on. I've learned the procedure to solve this problem from the MB vendor, Asrock, but it now occurs to me that I could save myself the headache and switch to 2011-v3 socket build. My primary computer has an Asus Sabertooth X99. I'd be open to buying another Sabertooth board, but I'd like to see what might be a better option. Also, the Sabertooth is $300, and although I could be convinced to spend that much, I'd like to see what I can get in the $200-$300 range on this platform. Thank you in advance.

If you want to spend a little less, the MSI X99S SLI Plus should do you nicely.

@Chugalug_ Thank you for the input. Now I've decided to throw my budget out the window; happens often with me. What is the best X99 motherboard to get. If I was buying a Skylake board, I would go for the MSI Titanium. But for the X99, I'm not sure what I would get.

Any additional suggestions?
