Typically from my experience, mixing either the brand or the storage quantity can result in severe instability on your PC. In addition it can potentially fry your components if the motherboard can't differentiate between the two RAM types, and could overvolt the two RAM sockets with the lower quantity RAM in it.
In short, don't do it unless you're either really ballsy or really curious about how smoking PC smells
