Skyrim Budget builds, how would they run? With mods?

I made these two build PC, Ive been working on both for awhile.

My budget is 500 or below. The rebates lowered the cost of these builds.
I'm going to build one of them.
What do you think?

get a 860k is better and less expensive

NP. the rest is fine because skyrim isn't too high GPU. It is very high CPU. Expect around 25-25 frames on highly modded

2GB is average, so it's good. it should be fine maxed out. 3GB and 4GB are great for playing other games too if you need it, but 2GB is enough

Sry I meant 25-35 but it should run higher is settings are lowered a little

With some of the mods you want (need) 4gb vram mate - better with a 380 imo.

You can easily push 4gb vram with a few mods & 2k/4k texture packs - it just depends what you call heavily modded.

Irregardless I can't see any reason not to go with a 380 4gb at that price , its less than a 2gb 960.

Should do 40-60fps easily with an 860k.
