UPDATE 1: Problem solved. The issue was that I did not have my secondary monitor plugged in. Even though my main monitor is set to be primary, the boot information loads on the second monitor for some reason. With second monitor in, no red screen or unnatural beeping. Amazing right? Now I just need to find out if I can set my primary monitor to show boot information so my second does not always need to be plugged in...

Today I installed a second GPU and a new PSU into my desktop.
First off, my computer still turns on and seemingly runs fine. However, I get numerous (more than 10), "randomly" spaced beeps from my motherboard as it is booting and starting up (I may record it and post it tomorrow). I looked at beep codes and I get nothing from them because there are just too many beeps, and if there is spacing between different signals, it is not decipherable. Also, as the computer boots, I have a full red screen until windows shows up (or sometimes not until the desktop shows up).

OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: Asus p8z68-v pro/gen3
GPU: 2xGTX 680
PSU: EVGA 750 B2

Things to consider:
1. My computer still starts up fully after the red screen and beeping.
2. I updated my mobo to the newest BIOS to see if that would fix it. It didn't.
3. If I switch back to a single GPU with the new PSU, the same redness and beeping occurs.
4. If I switch to no GPU, I get a smooth bootup, no red screen or beeps.
5. Sometimes a red Boot Device LED on the motherboard turns on during boot, then off when windows starts.
6. I tried pulling out the RAM and reinstalling it.
7. This computer is very dusty on the inside. Tips to take better care of it are appreciated.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Let me know if you would like more information from me.
