Solution
7000 won't get you a very good graphics card, and it'll be on par with the integrated graphics of the i5(a card like the 750).

Rather go for i5 4460, a H97 based board and a Seasonic S12II 520 power supply.

Play games on med settings till you have 10,000 to invest, and then get a graphics card.

Those three components should cost around 25000, which means you have 3000 left over which you can save till you have another 7000 you can put in a good card(750Ti or above).

The card is generally the most expensive component, followed by the processor, then motherboard, then power supply, then everything else. If you include a monitor, that should go another 7000 - 7500.
