I was hoping if anyone can help I keep seeing that I may or may not be able to I have a Lenovo T410 laptop with the Quadro Nvedia 3100 NVS which is apparently a PCI now my understanding are most laptops have intergrated graphics and can not be changed but looking online a lot of people are mentioning that this one the Nvedia one not the intel hd one can actually have removable graphics cards if this is the case what can I upgrade my laptop to, the other specs if they are needed are
Intel I7 620M 2.6ghz (3.3Ghz boost)
8GB DDR 3 ram
320gb harddrive
currently using windows 10 but gonna be moving back to windows 7

please no comments saying buy a new laptop or its rubbish I don't use it for much apart from minecraft, dawn of war and fallout 3 but would like to do a view upgrades on it if possible ive maxed the ram and maxed the CPU so was seeing if possible for new graphics

thanks in advance

Solution
The Quadro is a dedicated graphics chip which is soldered into the motherboard.
It is reasonably competent and should not have any problem with games such as minecraft.
Access the nvidia control panel to see that the dedicated card is selected, not the alternate integrated graphics.
The power options should say to use the dedicated graphics when on wall power.
The more power efficient integrated graphics will be the default on battery.

One upgrade I highly recommend is to replace the hard drive with a ssd.
I have done this on all my laptops, including several T4xx thinkpads.
Buy a 240 or 500gb Samsung 850 EVO . Remove the hard drive and replace it with the SSD. Install your windows 7 on the ssd. There will be a bunch of laptop...

You will be amazed at the performance improvement.

I was thinking of adding a SSD to give it a boost what is confusing is there is a lot of conflicting information some people say the nvedia one can be upgraded I found this on one page

Graphics card upgrade

The graphics card that is used on the system is the Intel GMA 5700MHD card. This card can be used to play games as well as provide support for graphic and editing tools. A higher graphics card with dedicated video memory can be used for playing high-end games on the system. The graphics card on the system is the NVIDIA NVS 3100m Graphics card and you can choose between the 256 MB card and the 512 MB graphics card.

and I get over 120fps on minecraft I was just wanting to max out the laptop is possible as recently purchased the i7 for it from my previous i5 thank you for your answer :)
