I agree with SeroChan that telling us your PSU make/model would help out quite a bit, but I disagree that it has to be a good quality PSU for the 950.

Consider your PSU runs your existing rig with an HD6870. The 6870 idles at 37W (according to PCPP) and full load uses 151W (again, PCPP), either the GTX 950 (ranging 22-90W max) or the 750TI (15-60W max) would run no problem.

IT WOULD DEFINETILY NOT BE A BORDERLINE

It would be borderline at best xApple77, especially without knowing the quality of the PSU the OP has.

The GTX 950 is the best you can do at $200 CDN, as has been said - although they do tend to be factoring in $10-$20 rebates to meet your $200 requirement.

It depends how firm your budget it - if you can stretch the extra $20 initially, the 950 is the way to go.

An alternative though: R7 370's, which are decent budget cards - the GTX 950 is the slightly better performer by around 8% better frame rates though, but the 370 can be found for $180 without having to deal with rebates.

Otherwise, anything else/better is going to be substantially over budget, and in some cases may also need you to upgrade your PSU.
