Turtle Beach P11 sound is opposite?

I am not sure if this is a design flaw or something, but in my Turtle Beach P11 headset the sound comes in opposite directions. This is especially bad when I play CS:GO and I hear footsteps but it is very disorienting when the sound comes from the left but the enemy actually comes from the right. And it is also just annoying when a character in a game is on the left but the sound of the speech comes from the right. Is there any way to fix this issue or do I just have to deal with it?

Hate to ask, but are you wearing them so the 'R' in the headband is on your right side? My own setup does not have a mic attached to my headphones, so I've made that mistake on more than one occasion :)

Some headsets have a wide range of adjustment for the mic boom and it's possible it's just facing the wrong way.

[strike]If you go to your playback devices in Windows and configure the headset, you should be able to "swap left and right channels." Should be problem solved.[/strike]

Apparently that's dependent on your audio drivers and most computers don't allow that. Sorry.

Hope that helps!
