Need help on how to overclock intel core i5 4690k?

I want to overclock my new intel core i5 4690k?

CPU FAN: Cooler master hyper 212 evo

Motherboard: Asus h81m-e

I want to overclock my intel core i5 4690k from 3.5Ghz to 4.0 Ghz or 4.2Ghz but can someone please help and tell me how exactly I do this by maybe step by step because I cant find any video on youtube to help me properly I dont get how I do the voltage and all of the other stuff it would mean alot if someone could reply step by step on what to do in the BIOS thanks.

That motherboard and its BIOS can only do a 100Mhz overclock, if you are lucky, by changing the BCLK from 100 to around 103.

You need a Z motherboard for full unlocked multiplier and Voltage overclocking, so you need a different and much more robust motherboard.
