I have recently purchased a new laptop running Windows 10. I have tried to gain access to my files and access has been denied. I have tried selecting properties/security tab...
I have changed permission to 'everyone' and selected full control and followed every piece of advice on every forum i came across on this matter.
but after this process and i click 'apply' i am presented with an error message stating an error has occurred while applying security info - access denied
Any ideas please? I have over a decades worth of photos of my children which are priceless to me..
