I recently hard bricked my LG G3, my favorite phone out of the few I've owned. In desperation, I bought an LG Lancet, EXTREMELY mistakenly, the Windows version. I bought it used on eBay, and my experience with this phone other than the speed of the phone itself has been absolutely HORRID. After activating the phone and being set up after a few updates, I was content with the phone. That is until I tried to install an app. Once in the market, I tried to download a game that I had had on my last phone. It was there, but instantaneously as I pushed "install", I was stricken with an age indicator. Being used to Google Play, I just pushed the first button I had seen. The "confirm age" button, which was set to today. I am now trying to install the app, but am getting the message as follows, "My Family needs to be set up before you can get this app. ask a parent to go to windowsphone.com/family on their computer, sign in with their Microsoft account, and set up My Family." After attempting this, I am still unable to install the app. If anyone could help me in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.
