So does this FX 8320e + R9 270 build rival a XBOX ONE?

Hello, i've decided to build my first PC intended for gaming, budget is kinda tight so i can't really go really high end, but i was thinking in putting together a FX 8320e with a r9 270 all this with a Motherboard suitable for doing some overclocking. From what i've read i thought that this combo should be good enough to run games at current gen console level.

But i've been checking some games system requirements, and for instance, take Dying Light i don't meet minimym req with this system, but that game is out for xbox one?? how so??

Motherboards advertised as 'overclocking motherboards' are typically full of it. Doesn't add to the capabilities of your card itself, only improves temp on the mobo itself which is usually minimal.
I'd go for an R9 290 and an FX 8350. Slightly more expensive combo but better performance overall.
The reason that it runs on console on lower specs is that it is specifically optimised for that hardware and OS. This is not the case for PC.

Higher end motherboards will typically have beefier power delivery circuits and VRM heatsinks, which contribute to overclocking. I'm no expert, but I think cheaping out on a mobo can definitely limit your OC potential, especially because AMD chips are relatively power hungry.
